Shipping

| Most of the merchandise will be shipped the
next business day. Customer will be notify when the shipment is sent. All
live fish are shipped via Federal Express Overnight Service. Other
orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service unless other method is
requested at the time the order is placed. KoiOne does not charge any
handling fees. The shipping charges are based on the shipping service of
choice and the weight of the products. Shipping fees will be added to the
total at the end of the Check Out process. Florida residents will pay 6%
sales tax. |

online. Orders are not confirmed until the credit
card information provided is verified. Your credit card will not be
